It has been reported that Madonna’s boy toy, Jesus Luz, 23, has landed his biggest modelling gig yet. Perhaps the Queen of Pop’s “magical” effect might have helped Jesus walk the catwalk for Ellus sportswear during the fashion week in Sao Paolo, Brazil.

The Material Girl has definitely increased Luz’s visibility in the past year by booking him deejay concerts and helping him land the Dolce & Gabbana campaign. However, let’s of course not foget his natural sexiness.

Julia Roberts has signed a $20 million dollars deal with Lancome to be their brand ambassadress for 2010.  

The campaign shooting started immediately after the Golden Globe Awards, when Roberts with husband, Danny Moder, flew to Paris. Stay tuned for the ads!

GQ Magazine has published its annual list of 25 Most Stylish Men in the World. The list obviously featured Robert Pattinson, David Beckham as well as Jay-Z, but the No 1 spot was awared to Pirates of the Caribbean star, Johnny Depp.

It certainly has not been a bad few months for Depp. In November 2009, he was People’s Magazine No 1 Sexiest Man Alive. After all, it’s not surprising! Depp has this je ne sais quoi about him that no matter what he wears, he always manages to style it up. As Simon Doonan, the creative director at Barneys, notes Depp “wears great man jewellery. He doesn’t shy away from colour. He’s always peeking through his amazing hair. It doesn’t matter if Johnny Depp’s lying in a ditch - he’s always going to look incredible.”

It looks like Linday Lohan is back to men after retiring from her lastest relationship with Samantha Ronson. The Sun reports that the 23-year-old was canoodling with the French hottie Aurelien Wiik, 29, at the Church boutique in-store party in Los Angeles this week.

As both Sandra Bullock, 45, and Meryl Streep, 60, won the Best Actress award at the 15th annual Critics’ Choice Awards in Los Angeles, they were not only looking splendid, they were kiss-tastic!

After Streep accepted her award, Bullock was also announced a winner. As Bullock came on stage, she seemed quite furious. However, she then gave Streep a big hug and a kiss on the lips! ”We’re so lucky to be here tonight when so many are in pain. I don’t know what to say, but Meryl’s a great kisser,” she added (The Sun).

Streep won the award for her role in Julie & Julia, while Bullock won hers for her performance in The Blind Side.

Although Lady Gaga has cancelled her performance in Indiana last Thursday due to an irregular heartbeat which was deemed to be dangerous for your health by paramedics, fans can rest assured, she is fine! The following day, she performed a medley of songs that included Monster, Bad Romance and Speechless at the Oprah Winfrey show in Chicago. 

After her performance, the 23-year-old Stefani Germanotta revealed that she was pledging proceeds from an upcoming concert to relief efforts in Haiti after the country has been hit with a devastating earthquake.

Legendary King of Pop, Michael Jackson, died on Thursday at the age of  50.

An autopsy is scheduled for today, but the results are not likely to be final until toxicology tests could be completed. Police is currently investigating.

Jackson died at UCLA Medical Center after being stricken at his rented home in Holmby Hills. Paramedics tried to resuscitate him at his home for nearly 45 minutes, then rushed him to the hospital, where doctors continued to work on him. “It is believed he suffered cardiac arrest in his home. However, the cause of his death is unknown until results of the autopsy are known,” his brother Jermaine said.

Jackson’s death brought a tragic end to a long, bizarre, sometimes farcical decline from his peak in the 1980s, when he was popular music’s premier all-around performer, a uniter of black and white music who shattered the race barrier on MTV, dominated the charts and dazzled even more on stage.

After fighting colon cancer for three years, Charlie’s Angel Farrah Fawcett lost her battle yesterday at the age of 62. The 1970s pin-up, whose tousled blonde hairstyle was copied by millions across the years, died in hospital with long-term lover Ryan O’Neal at her side.

Ryan had pledged just days ago to marry Farrah on her deathbed. But it is believed they were unable to wed as the actress was too ill in her final days.

One poignant result of Farrah’s cancer battle was the loss of her hair. Ryan revealed he kept it, saying: “Her famous hair - I have it at home.”

Towards the end, Farrah was unable to speak and communicated using notes. In one of the last she gave Ryan, she said simply: “I’m happy, I’m ready.”

Ashley Simpson, was so drunk at the Jay-Z and Eminem performance in Los Angeles on Monday night that a body guard and a friend had to help her walk.

She was seen partying despite the fact that her fading frame has raised some concern in recent weeks. According to reports, the upcoming “Melrose Place” starlet, who gave birth just six months ago, shocked party peeps with her boney body and super slim legs poking out between her black short shorts.

Christina Ricci and her boyfriend actor Owen Benjamin have ended their engagement.

A source close to the couple revealed that everything had been fine with the two, but after they got into a fight, they decided to break off their engagement.

“They really are still close,” the source said. “They talk almost every day. It was a very mature decision and they both felt good about it. They’re definitely still friends,” the source added.

Ricci, 29, met Benjamin in 2008 on the set of their film ‘All’s Faire in Love’ and went public with their relationship in October, followed by their engagement in March.

A representative for Ricci had no comment on the matter.
